Mike Ford has been a memeber of the OSPrI research team since June 2012 and is currently the research project manager. Mike is a doctoral candidate at George Washington University in the Graduate School of Education and Human Development where he is studying the leadership of inclusive STEM high schools. Before arriving at George Washington University, Mike was a science teacher in Loudoun County, Virginia. He taught for four years at both the middle school and high school levels. Mike received his M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University in 2011 and his B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Mary Washington in 2008.
